Is graduating with “Latin honors” the same as graduating from the 荣誉项目?

The college recognizes students with “Latin honors” at commencement with designations based solely on 平均绩点: 优等生 (3.950-4.000), 优等生 (3.85-3.949年), 以优等成绩毕业者 (3.75-3.849).
